Nishimura Reikyu Uji Matcha

Reikyu comes from Nishimura Banchaya Honten in Uji, Kyoto, and is made from stone-ground, first-harvest tea leaves.

A slightly stronger roast softens the grassy notes and brings out its rich umami. The result is a matcha with a gentle toasted aroma and a smooth, balanced finish.

How to enjoy

Sift a portion into a bowl, add warm water, and whisk until evenly blended. Drink it on its own or add your preferred milk for a matcha latte. Follow the package directions for serving amounts.
